Yup I agree there's no other way to improve earnings effectively without purchasing or renting referrals. Though I myself from Indonesia had the trouble to do that as I had to find someone selling alertpay to me.
and with the dollar goes up. it's really troublesome.
Though in my case I do some paid to review first before gain earning in PTC. So that I could get some capital to buy the reff. If you had a blog and you loves to write maintain it and join a PTR before you join PTC. At least it worked on me.
