Default AlertPay HELP blog!

Do you have an AlertPay related question but it's before 9:00 a.m./after 5:00 p.m. (EST) or it's the weekend? Well, here's a good resource for AlertPay related information!

We've created a blog, located at AlertPay HELP , whose aim is to provide customer support assistance for when we're not around.

It's a work in progress, so any suggestions you may have to improve the blog are welcomed and appreciated.

Hi i have a question.

In TOS:
Eligibility. In order to use the Service, you must register through the Site for a Personal Starter, Personal Pro or Business account (each an "Account"). A single User, together with all of its affiliates, may only hold only one Personal Starter account, and either one Personal Pro or Business account through the Site.

Does this mean that we can have both personal and personal pro account?

I already have a verified personal pro account and i want to create a personal account, to avoid receiving fees on minor transaction
can i do that?

and what about the verification process? should i just sent the same documents with the one i previously sent. I mean both account has exactly the same personal information?
and last one, could i access them from the same IP(computer).

thanks before

If it says you can have one Personal Starter and one Personal Pro or Business account, then you may have one Personal Starter and one Personal Pro or Business account. If you open any more, you will be violating our Terms and Conditions which could result in the locking or termination of one or all of your accounts.

In regards to your account verification, you may send the same documents if they meet our verification requirements. If they do, you can send me a PM with the subject "Verify My Account, Please" and I may be able to expedite the process for you.

I have the same question too. Thx for the answer, Derek.
Anyway, does the 2nd account registration step the same way with the 1st? or is there a link in the 1st account page to create the 2nd?

Unfortunately, I do not understand your inquiry. Please be more specific with your question so that I may assist you.

Exp I have personal pro.
When i want to create the 2nd account as personal starter, do I signing up like the first one I did?
Or may be I can login to my personal pro account. And then there is a link there to create one more account as personal starter?

Thx

Nope, just create it like the first account. There is no link in your AlertPay account to create a second account.

Another question on the same subject.

Let's say I have one Pro account and one Starter account. I then receive more money than is "allowed" to the Starter account, what happens then? It says that a Starter account is upgraded automatically, but if that happens in this case I will be breaking the TOS by having two Pro accounts.
