Default Verification problem!

I have to verify my alertpay account
I have my passport for proof of indentification but for proof of address most of the utility bills are on my husband's name But since are surname is same can I use the telephone bill which is in my husband's name

Thats what my problem too since all our bills here was under my mom's name but AP derek said that as long as your surname in your AP account and in the utility bill matches that shouldn't be a problem.
So it doenst matter if the utilty bill is not under your name as long as the surname there will match to your AP account.
