Help Me With Alertpay Pls!

1)HEy! I want to deposit money on alertpay (add)
So I am from Latvia!
So can i bank transfer ? Because i don't want bank wire ...it took 20$ fees....but i want put for now only 30$ ... so if it is possible throw bank transfer how much fees ap and bank will take ?
2)If i want to take money! To bank wire i need to be verefied! (just send them photos etc)
So can i use bank transfer to widraw money,too ? and how much fees! So i need to add my credit card only!Answer pls all my question!!!pls tnx!

but there is function like pay and money will take from your card directly ! Where is this function ?
Adding card is free ? or also any fee?

1)I do not believe Latvia is a country that is supported by AlertPay bank transfer. You have to do a bank wire to fund with bank funds.
2)You would need to use a bank wire as well. The fees depend on local currency.
3)You can add your Credit Card to AlertPay when buying anything.

To perform a withdrawal from an AlertPay account, our members with a valid bank account in the United States United Kingdom and Canada have a bank transfer withdrawal option available. To perform a bank transfer withdrawal please do the following:
01. Log into your AlertPay account.
02. Click “Withdraw”.

Credit cards are only used to send money or make a payment. Adding funds by credit card is not available at this time.

If you would like to add a credit card to your account, please follow these steps:

Log into AlertPay
Click on Profile
Under Financial, click on Credit Cards
Enter in your Credit Card details and click on Next
Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions
Click on Finish

Bank Wire is only if u are verefied yes....but check i can make if i am not verefied ?

how many fees they will take from my card.... if i need 36$ to pay...
but at all i have 13.83$ on ap and 26.5$ on card...
so fee is 5% + 0.25 cents from card ?This is very important to me now! tnx going to pay today!

It is the merchant's responsibility to handle the credit card receiving fee.
