Default MasterCard issue

Hey AP support guys,

I was trying to pay for some ads on another PTC site, and it told me that I could not use MasterCard for the payment. Does the merchant have control on that or is that a problem with the card?

I just had the problem today myself.

AlertPay controls this. We limit the use of MasterCard for certain industries and business types.

In general it should be allowed. We may specifically limit depending on the merchant's account history.

PM me the names of the sites and I'll look into it.
