i just wanna ask about alert pay verification...PLZ HELP!DEREK

im from the philippines...well i already submitted a scanned copy of my passport as a proof of identification, and then the alertpay is also asking to submit another document ( proof of address) i just have a postal ID here, a proof that i'm a resident of the address that i have given.. but there was no option there, just the utility bill, bank statement...etc...that is showing my name and teh my address... im still living with my mom and were just renting and dont owned it, but im living on that address about 11 years... so what is the best way to do so i can be verified... because i am planning to send a money order to the alertpay by western union, once i get verified just to be safe... and then im going to invest here at TTG... hope you could help me!

Just mail them the address proof you are having and if u want u can change the address on your alertpay account.

The following documents are required for account verification:
01 A scanned copy of your Photo ID in the form of one of the following:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- State/Province Identification Card
- Country ID

02 A scanned copy of your Proof Of Address in the form of one of the following:
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Credit Card Statement
Please ensure the following information in your Photo ID is visible:
- Your name
- Your birth date
- The expiry date of the card
- At least three edges of the card
Please ensure the following requirements are met for the proof of address document:
- The name and address on the document must match the name and address on the AlertPay account.
- The document is a recurring monthly statement that is no more than three (3) months old.
