There needs to be more AP HYIP's. I like MegaLido, they just need to have better support. Here is the message I got from AlertPay this morning. Evidently the scammer closed his account and moved his funds to his bank account and closed that in five days.

Hello, The merchant is no longer supported by AlertPay.

AlertPay regrets to inform you that your request for a refund/reversal cannot be fulfilled. AlertPay acts as a payment processing service provider by creating, hosting, maintaining and providing our Service to you via the Internet. When you engage in a transaction you accept a Terms of Service (TOS), which is applied at all times.

If a user violates their TOS the complaint is investigated by our Resolutions Department. After examining the specific case and the merchant’s Terms of Service, the Resolutions Department has decided that your claim is justified.

Unfortunately our recovery efforts have not been successful. We are still working to recover funds. If successful we will contact you and attempt to provide you with a refund. At this point the merchant’s account does not contain sufficient funds to provide you with a refund. Please refer to our User Agreement which can be found at https://www.alertpay.com/info/UserAgreement.aspx.

Well the one in my signature announced acceptance of AP and even PP!!! for 2009, when exactly in 2009, I wouldn't know... And technically speaking, Megalido is not HYIP.

They will get their PayPal account closed in a flash....PayPal does not allow HYIP's.

Yep, I know that very well, that's why I got quite surprised with that... Only thing would be that they really prove to PP their legitimacy. Anyway, it remains to be seen...

Well, I just disputed this scam site too to Alert Pay. I was really, really dumb and invested $100 though. I learned my lesson, don't get so overly excited about something and just throw your money away. Well, hope I get my money back. I really don't know how Alert Pay is gonna be able to contact these people though, cause I can't even get on the scam peoples site anymore. It could not be resolved my DNS or something.

Why would my AlertPay account be frozen. I didn't do a chargeback, I did a dispute. The two are different.

me to invest in topinstant and be scammed, it said i can get payout in 1 days instant but its scammed me and no answer from the support.

i already dispute it and got reply from alertpay that topinstant account is empty. last time i check , his account still unverified and as i know if unverified account cant transfer any money from his account. why alertpay told me his account is empty ? thats weird. but now i'm checking his account already suspend.

alertpay should be check where his money transfer to because its account must be his account to.

thats must be my foolish trust that scammed

now i want ask if i do dispute, is it my account will be suspended ?
