Actually, I must agree with you that mmikeyy could have replied in a more respectful manner to begin with (no offense, mmikeyy, I think you generally do a wonderful job). The thing, however, is that you already read the thread in which this relatively common problem was already addressed, but yet you made another thread, instead of just doing what the other thread told you to do if you were affected by this problem. I see no reason to continue this silly argument. Just be happy and get along, dammit.

I apologize for my extreme professional approach. I didn't mean to offend any member of staff. With future issues I will try to forget i work along business professionals all day long and I definitely will communicate in a more casual way expecting the same treat to me.
